How can I transfer funds to my Gozo.pro account?

You can transfer EUR via SEPA or SWIFT directly to your Gozo.pro account using the following credentials:

How can I find my Gozo.pro account number?

To find your Gozo.pro account number:

  1. Log-in to your Gozo.pro account using your email and password;
  2. Select «Account» (located top-right of the window);
  3. Select «Summary» (your account number will appear on the top-right of the window).

How can I withdraw funds from my Gozo.pro account?

To withdraw funds from your Gozo.pro account you need to:

  1. Log-in to your Gozo.pro account using your email and password;
  2. Select «Account» (located top-right of the window);
  3. Select «Withdrawal»;
  4. Select the sub- account from which you would like to withdraw the fund;
  5. Select the type of withdrawal you would like to submit: «Wire transfer», «Crypto» or to your «EXANTE Account»;
  6. Specify the exact amount or simply select «All funds» if you want to withdraw all available funds in that account.
  7. Input where you would like to send the funds (Depending on the withdrawal method selected, input either relevant banking information or the crypto wallet address)
  8. Click «Request withdrawal»

Important: Please ensure:

  • You have sufficient balance to process the withdrawal
  • You have selected the right currency
  • There are no negative cash balances on any of the instruments. You can find your instrument cash balance in the account summary section.
Note: Withdrawals are processed during workdays between 3-5pm CET.

How can I withdraw funds from my EXANTE account to my Gozo.pro account?

To withdraw funds from your EXANTE account to your Gozo.pro account you need to:

  1. Log-in to your EXANTE account using your email and password;
  2. Select «Account» (located top-right of the window);
  3. Select «Withdrawal»;
  4. Select the sub-account from which you would like to withdraw the funds;
  5. Specify the exact amount or simply select «All funds» if you want to withdraw all available funds in that account.
  6. Input your Gozo.pro unique account number (You can find information on how to find out your Gozo.pro account here **Link with the section above «How to find out my Gozo.pro account**).
  7. Click «Request withdrawal».

Takes from 1 to 12 hours for your Gozo.pro account to be credited.

How can I transfer funds from my Gozo.pro account to my EXANTE account?

To withdraw funds from your Gozo.pro account to your EXANTE account you need to:

  1. Log-in to your Gozo.pro account using your email and password;
  2. Select «Account» (located top-right of the window);
  3. Select «Withdrawal»;
  4. Select the account from which you would like to withdraw the funds;
  5. In the withdrawal section select «EXANTE Account»;
  6. Specify the exact amount or simply select «All funds» if you want to withdraw all available funds in that account.
  7. Select currency you would like to withdraw;
  8. Input your EXANTE unique account number to which your would like to withdraw FIAT.
  9. Click «Request withdrawal».

Takes from 1 to 12 hours for your EXANTE account to be credited.

I am already an EXANTE customer, how can I instantly activate my Gozo.pro account?

f you are already an EXANTE customer, you can activate your Gozo.pro account as follows:

  1. Log-in to your EXANTE account using your email and password;
  2. In top menu select «Settings»
  3. Scroll down to «Your Services», under «Additional Gozo Account», click «Enable».
  4. You will receive an email requesting to you reset your password.
  5. Our compliance department will review your application, if all the KYC documents are in order you will be able to trade digital assets in 6 to 24 hours.
Note: By activating your Gozo.pro account from your EXANTE account you are consenting EXANTE to transfer all the necessary account data automatically to initiate account opening with Gozo.pro.
